We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each watch is a unique, artistic piece. However, if your watch arrives damaged due to shipping, we will offer a replacement. Additionally, all RoyalGold Watches come with a 1-year warranty that covers any mechanical defects. Please note, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
To keep your watch in top condition, clean it with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and water. Regular servicing is recommended, and we also suggest a professional watchmaker for strap adjustments or repairs.
