Our reference 3738/100, also known as the Jumbo model comes in outstanding condition and a stunning blue sigma sunburst dial with the Patek Philippe automatic Cal. 240. The "GÜBELIN" double signed dial is making this particular piece even more rare and is referring that this Ellipse was sold by the Swiss jeweler Gübelin in the first place.
